Stripe and Thai QR / PromptPay are being prepared for service payments. USDT on BEP20, ERC20 and TRC20 awaits receiving wallets and acceptance; deposits and crediting are disabled. A screenshot or hash alone cannot credit the ledger.

Who is TradeTwin for?+

It is software for people who already choose to trade, have their own accounts and methods, and want to express those methods through an AI assistant. TradeTwin does not invite you to begin trading, open a broker account or deposit trading capital. Trading decisions remain yours.

Is there a copy-trading feed or a supplied strategy?+

There is no trade-copy feed or preloaded strategy. You define your own method. AI can help structure your text or draft a proposal, which you review and accept yourself. Profits and win rates are not guaranteed.

What can MCP do on my behalf?+

Private MCP offers read and plan-proposal tools through clients that support a manually configured Bearer header. Revocable 24-hour tokens are owner and instance scoped. MCP cannot give consent or place orders. MCP OAuth is unavailable for clients that require it.

Are voice knowledge and live conversations available?+

Knowledge intake accepts audio only. File verification, transcription and indexing must finish before use. Deployment and acceptance of the newer private speech service remain pending. Live conversational voice has a prepared foundation and stays disabled until keys, limits, credits and acceptance are ready.

How do service fees, credits and AI costs differ?+

Software fees are separate from trading funds and AI-provider usage. Bring your key and pay the provider directly, or choose prepaid TradeTwin AI through OpenRouter at verified actual cost times 1.30. Activation requires an approved tariff and reconciliation. Payments are not active. A ChatGPT subscription is not a general API entitlement.

Can I use mobile, Face ID, Touch ID or YubiKey?+

Add the web app to your home screen in supported iOS and Android browsers. User-verified FIDO2 passkeys support device confirmation or cross-platform keys such as YubiKey. TradeTwin stores no biometric data. Physical phone and key acceptance remain pending; there is no App Store or Google Play release.
